Hope you're well! I stopped by your stand tonight at Allegro Apartments and picked up a sweet potato cupcake. I was the one with the giant fluffy dog! I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that that was seriously the best cupcake I have ever had. Like, that blew my mind. Thank you for making my family’s Thanksgiving even more special on two fronts — one, your sweet potato cake was a big hit with everyone at our house and, two, I didn’t have to make dessert. I can bake well (learned from my grandmother), but with roasting a turkey, making stuffing from scratch, and getting my humble house ready, having your beautiful and delicious cake lightened my load a bit.
The subtle flavor, perfect texture, density, and moistness are . . . chef’s kiss, as my kids say.
